And L and my daughters must have though that I didn't need any last night. I went to bed right after I got off work at midnight (another perk of working from home, no commute). Between the three of them I was woken up 7 times and finally got up at 7am when the youngest woke up 'for good'. L is having anther one of his extremely busy 'I need no sleep' nights. I asked him last night if he thought he was going into another manic phase. He had planted a tree yesterday evening and in the middle of the night he put an edge of stones around it and filled it with mulch.
I also have to say that that I am very proud of him. On an impulse he invited Miss K's friend to stay over for the night without telling me about it at first. Since I worked I told him HE would be responsible for watching them. While it did stress him out quiet a bit he did it without complaining. He did well.
I will be calling on Monday to make an appointment for him with his doctor to see if his meds need to be adjusted. We both think they do.
Maybe my three-year old will nap today after not getting much sleep last night? Maybe even at the same time as her little sis and give me the chance to nap as well? I hope so but I am not counting on it. Luckily I have today off and can go to bed at a normal time. And maybe, just maybe, I'll even get some sleep.
I, personally, LOVE birthdays. L, not so much. In fact, he could go without celebrating it all together (as long as he gets cake and present...
