After not getting much sleep because of a sick daughter I will cut today's blog post a little short. Today's lessons actually comes just in time though and will be a bit more challenging because of my lack of sleep. We all have our own things that make us more irritable: lack of sleep, being overworked, being stretched too thin with tasks,... So many reasons that at times we bring upon ourselves.
It is much easier to not get irritable when we look at a situation out of love. I have a hard time letting go of things at times and in exchange get irritable. So as I said, with me being tired (VERY tired lol) today will definitely be a challenge.
Today the book wants us to look at tough situations in our relationship in a loving way. Make a list on how you could put 'breathers' in your life to avoid your stressors. Look back and think of a few situation in the past that made you irritable and examine why you REALLY were irritated.
